99ef Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 99ef ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 99ef.vip. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service on the 99ef platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the 99ef platform immediately and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are provided in English. For Pakistani players, any translation provided for convenience is not legally binding — the English-language version governs in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

To register and maintain an account with 99ef, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person who is at least 21 years of age.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which use of the 99ef platform is prohibited under applicable law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be self-excluded or otherwise excluded from any gambling platform by order of a regulatory authority.
• You must register using your own true identity. The use of false names, fabricated Pakistani CNIC details, or another person's identity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

During registration you will be asked to provide your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani CNIC number, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. All information must be accurate and kept up to date. You may update your contact details by contacting 99ef support at [email protected].

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account with 99ef at any given time. Ownership of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 99ef reserves the right to close all but the first registered account and to void any bonuses or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 99ef Login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 99ef will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access results from your failure to keep credentials secure.

• Notify 99ef immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not access your 99ef account from shared or public devices.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available for enhanced security.

Inactive accounts — those with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee in accordance with 99ef's prevailing fee schedule, which will be communicated to you by email before any fee is deducted. Account balances will never be reduced below zero by inactivity fees.

All financial transactions on the 99ef platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 99ef does not charge a fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.

Approved deposit and withdrawal methods available to Pakistani players include:

• Bank Transfer: HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where supported by your issuing bank)

99ef applies a strict same-method withdrawal policy wherever technically possible: funds must be withdrawn to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy exists to comply with anti-money laundering obligations applicable to internationally licensed gaming operators.

99ef reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including proof of source of funds, bank statements, or additional CNIC verification — before processing any withdrawal that exceeds applicable thresholds or that is otherwise flagged by our compliance systems.

All bets placed on the 99ef platform, including cricket match betting, PSL in-play markets, sports betting, and casino wagers, are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform.

• A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the wager is reflected in your transaction history.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless a cash-out option is available and exercised before the relevant event concludes.
• Maximum stake limits apply per bet, per event, and per day. Current limits are displayed within the betting interface and may vary by market and event.
• Minimum stake on any single bet is PKR 100.
• 99ef reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered in error, including obvious pricing errors or technical mis-feeds from data providers.
• In-play betting markets may be temporarily suspended during critical moments of a match. Bets cannot be placed while a market is suspended.

From time to time, 99ef offers bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional offers to new and existing players. All such offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the promotion, in addition to the following general bonus rules.

• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements and the eligible games or markets will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Real money stakes are used before bonus funds unless the player selects otherwise.
• 99ef reserves the right to withdraw a promotional offer at any time before it is claimed by a player.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including the use of multiple accounts, false identities, or collusion — will be voided, and the accounts involved will be closed.
• 99ef may revise wagering requirements and promotional terms at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to your account before the change date.

99ef is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 99ef account holders at no charge:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your 99ef account.
• Loss limits: Cap the amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Session time limits: Receive automatic reminders when you have been playing for a specified duration.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99ef platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with 99ef games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing anomalies for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, corruption of sporting events, or insider information betting.
• Using the 99ef platform for any money laundering or fraud-related purpose.
• Creating accounts on behalf of third parties or allowing third parties to operate your account.
• Colluding with other players in poker, card games, or any market where collaborative play distorts legitimate outcomes.
• Accessing 99ef using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic or regulatory restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 99ef staff or other players.

All content on the 99ef platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of 99ef or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right, licence, or interest in that content beyond the limited right to access the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 99ef platform content without prior written consent from 99ef. Unauthorised use of 99ef intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99ef's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

99ef shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive losses or damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside 99ef's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, power outages, or internet service disruptions affecting Pakistani network infrastructure.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain credential security.
• The accuracy or completeness of information provided by third-party data providers used for live betting feeds.

Your use of the 99ef platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how 99ef collects, stores, processes, and shares your personal data, including your Pakistani CNIC information, transaction history, and gaming activity.

By accepting these Terms you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including sharing data with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

99ef reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 99ef will notify registered players by email to the address on file at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material changes (including corrections, clarifications, or formatting updates) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the 99ef platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amendment date.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 99ef holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 99ef's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules applicable in the licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws applicable in Pakistan. 99ef operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform and complies with the regulatory requirements of its licensing jurisdiction.
